I purchased a soundset, but it never came. I wrote to support, and they didn’t respond. Who can I go to for help? Should I begin sending emails to everyone on the contact list?

What Soundset are you unable to find and are you looking in the right Player ie. are you looking in the Fantasy Player for a Sci-fi Soundset?
Edit: Looks like the email somehow went to our spam folder, sorry about that. Nyarlathotep Is found in our sci-fi Player and Claustrophobia is from the Board Game Player. On the store page the Soundset description should actually tell you which Player the soundsets belong to. Using the campaign manager though you can make them appear where ever you want
