Is there a way to add one shot sounds into the global section?

Is there a way to add one-shot sounds into the global list? For example, the wizard or cleric spells players use most often? I love the on-demand one click sounds but having them spread throughout the various options can make them harder to access in the midst of battle / tense moment.

Two options - you can use the Soundset Creator to do that. Or in a different way, make a campaign with your favorite character soundsets all in one place.
