I recently purchased the super subscription. I specifically looking for lost mine of Phandelver. When I go to the website can use the Master Interface they cannot find the pack. When I type it into the search I find the campaign but says “sample” underneath. There are also four different ones. They all say starter pack.
I was under the impression that by subscribing I would have access to this set.

The search does sometimes come up short, but not that often. I see your issue until support can follow up here is how I get around issues like this.

Here is what I did
Create a fantasy campaign by going to
https://syrinscape.com/account/campaigns/?category=fantasy
I named my Mine of Phandelver
Search for SoundSets … I chose “lost” and selected “title” filter
You will see there are 4 soundsets to choose from for Lost Mines of Phandelver.
In the lower right-hand corner if you hover you will + click or just drag the image to your campaign.
Wait a little while the servers build your campaign
Go over to the Syrinscape Online (beta) Master Interface / SoundSet Creator and select the campaign you created
You can then select these soundsets or build your own.
