You already have access to this soundset" but I can't see it on the app - RESOLVED

All in the title. I have logged onto my syrinscape account and went through my campaign manager to make a playlist like so example here Afterwards I went to my fantasy app and see two issues.

  1. My playlist from camp. manager isn’t showing up on the app.

  2. Even though I have the full sub, I don’t have access to this download on the app.

Is there something I am doing wrong here? If so how does one like me fix this issue?

I am having the same problem and I don’t know if it’s an issue on syrinscape or myself not understanding the program well enough.

Same problem here! I have logged out and back in, uninstalled and done everything I can think off and it still shows numerous sets as greyed out and not downloadable even though when I login on the website it say I have access to them.

Help?

Hi all!

Soooo… now that @sonofconan is back at his desk we are going to get this server weirdness fixed (purchases have been slow to confirm for about a week now).

IF you don’t mind can we use your account as a test case and not instantly fix it (like I have been for the last few days, by resetting accounts)… that way we can actually test properly and find the nasty little bug. :bug:

BUT if you need access right away for any reason at all, just let me know here and I will reset your account straight away! :crossed_swords:

I would love to but I’m hosting a session this upcoming tuesday. So it seems like i would need access asap so the reset would be the best option for me if you dont mind. @benjamin

@ameerkarimi @itooktheredpill @twisteddieroller I have deployed a change just now that I hope will fix the underlying cause of the problem. Please let me know if you still have a problem with the genre players not having access to content that should be available.

I tried just before posting and nothing was in the player, I installed the player just now on my work computer (that’s bad, I know) and my LMoP Campaign is appearing alright. Every other content seems to be available for download, too, so that’s great news. Thanks for the quick and thorough help, it’s appreciated!
