Web App player for players are giving them access to the master control portal. All my players now can stop music, start music, edit, adjust volume… it no longer just brings up the web player. They don’t even need to log in.
That’s weird. Can you share with me the link they are going to?
Making a few assumptions here is the probable fix:
a) hit “New Game” under the Hamburger Menu (the three horizontal lines at the top right-ish)
b) ONLY share the Share Audio link copied from that same menu with your players.
I presuuuuuuuuume your players are starting and stopping just the FREE content that anyone can run in the UI they are seeing? If they are getting access to a subscribers version of the content definitely let us know… maybe get one of them to send a screenshot of what they are seeing?

I have to test first to make sure, we ere in the middle of combat and a session. However, I can 100% say they were able to adjust the volume for all players and stop what I had playing. MAYBE I gave him the wrong link? Does the URL contain anything that would include my auth token?
This is what happens to me when I log into the web portal since I refreshed the auth token. The url is app… , which is now different than what I used to get. It also plays from this interface. What I used to do is sset the volume here as a “master” level, then we all would adjust the player to what we wanted, specifically during combat, so the combat music could start loud, then everyone can adjust.
Now, it seems that I can only adjust the master volume, so when I need to turn it down, it turns it down for everyone.
I should mention, this is online with a VTT. I’m playing on the portal to try to figure out why the url changed for my when I open what I thought was the master controls.
OK, it looks like if I goto the upper right and click on me, and goto online control panel, then click goto master control… I get Syrinscape
and I see now where the share audio is. Before when the master control would complain about me not hearing audio, I would click that link it gave me to bring up the player. I then shared THAT to the players. That was the process for a very long time, so maybe something changed, but I now have the right workflow.
