My fantasy player works fine, but I try to open up the SciFi player unsuccessfully. It continually tells me that it has failed to validate. Is there something I can do to fix this?
We’ve had a few people reporting this sort of bug over the last 24 hours. We are working on a fix RIGHT NOW!
Having the same issue. Won’t validate on any of my three players (fantasy, scifi, boardgame). iPhone XS Max running the latest iOS update (12.1.4).
Mine seems to be working now.
If anybody else has this problem contact us at support and we can take a look at your account for you and get it fixed

Yay. Looks like we’ve actually killed the bug that was causing this too! A really word one!
