Any mp3 files that I try to upload to an element gives me an error that says “unable to determine duration. We have already been notified with more specific error details.”
I can’t play the sample that I’ve uploaded. I’ve tried different files and making new elements to upload to, but nothing works.

We have had a few issues with transcoding just over the last couple of days.
Some work has been done to fix. Can you try again and let us know if it is working for you now.
Otherwise can you give some more specifics of the SoundSet you are trying to uploading into, and the file name you are uploading and we’ll take another look.
