I’ve seen a few posts about this previously, and will be sending an email to support as well, but I’ve noticed “transcode pending” on all the tracks I’ve uploaded in the last two days, some of which have been sitting with that error/code for almost 12 hours now. Not sure if this is the most expedient way to get attention, but hoping things are resolved soon!
Yes, it looks like a few people have had a similar issue today. Our Dev team are aware and are looking into it. Once they have found the cause of the issue, which hopefully wont take to long they should be able to get the process started again, which will allow all of the transcoding jobs currently in the queue to process.
