The ol' failed to retrieve manifest data?

I’m on a windows computer, apparently I’ve looked this up before, but I can’t remember if I found a solution to it? Using the latest version as well, and I have the fantasy subscription, is there anything else needed to help solve this?

(I also haven’t uninstalled and reinstalled yet incase there’s a solution that won’t risk taking away my custom soundsets, which I couldn’t confirm if unstalling would even actually do or not)

Same to me. Win10 20H2, Fantasy Player 1.4.10-P0. I can’t install my purchased SoundSets.
On another PC i can’t bless this device, it ends in a browser message “Invalid UUID or key.”
