I have seen this elsewhere but havent seen a solution that works.
I had this for years, never an issue until now.
It worked fine a couple weeks ago, but now when I try to use it it freezes on startup (blue screen). I left it to for several hours and it finally got to the next screen (brown screen), but nothing loads and it stays frozen on that screen.
This is the same PC as I have used for the last couple years, again it was fine until this week.
I tried to uninstall, reinstall, but now it only sits on the blue screen.
Please don’t point me at the web player, I tried it, it is far too different from the system that I am familiar with and I don’t have time to relearn a new system.
Can you help me sort this out?
