Syrinscape Online Not Launching

Same thing here. I launch the online player and it just hangs…! MY Windows is in french, but I am pretty sure you understand the image nonetheless.Image 001|664x499

Ok, I just let it sit like you did and it finally connected. But it’s still not normal.

Nope, stopped responding again. This is infuriating… I am troubleshooting instead of playing. Guess I have no choice to forget Syrinscape for tonight.

I created a dump file of the Syrinscape Online Player from my Task Manager. I cannot upload the file. The forum only accepts images. So copy paste.

Not working here either, killed my session for the night, sent everyone packing early as the mood just wasn’t there. Entering Easthaven for the first time and seeing Dzaan set on fire with no ambiance was meh so the game was canceled. Hope you fix it soon, Thank you.

Thanks for letting us know. :slight_smile: …yes, looks like it’s been increasingly slow for the last two hours.

We had some server instability on Saturday night, and it looks like thing have heated up on the server again right now. :pensive: :frowning:

We are looking into it! Stay tuned!

Our brand new improved SEARCH (proof of concept) was deployed to the server about a week ago, and the new intense indexing is what is causing some issues right now.

You can expect things to be MUCH smoother again… as they had been for months… soon!

We’ve restarted the server (just the bit that was breaking)… so things should be working again now… we’ve also narrowed the cause down a chunk as well… so we are able to work on stopping that happening again.

Give it a try if you are able. Working for you again?
