Syrinscape Online frequently not responding

I’ve been using the online beta for several months now and I have to say that, for me, the performance has been spotty at best. Typically I start a session and kick off a soundset and everything is fine. Then maybe 30 minutes in I go to change the soundset (often just to another mood within the same set) and Soundscape does absolutely nothing. I click the mood and wait…nothing. I switch to another set entirely…nothing. I refresh the page, search for and return to the set and try to start it again…nothing. I can usually stop the current mood that is playing, but it seems like once it has decided to stop responding nothing I do will “wake” it up. Eventually (usually hours later) it starts working again. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this? It’s getting so bad that I am considering dropping my subscription, as I cannot rely on it to work during game sessions.

We are certainly NOT getting any other similar requests for help of this type at the moment, so we are probably looking at something unique to your system/network, so we’ll need some good details.
