Syrinscape+KenkuFM = to create streamdeck buttons?

HI so i run online D&D games. At my live table i have the remote control links saved on my streamdeck no issues. I hit Fireball on my Deckand the players here it in the room. But not im wanting to set up the same thing on my online games and im having a hard time finding a way to set up the buttons like i have them in the other room.

To be clear what i want. Is to set up a button on my streamdeck such as a Fireball sound, that i can hit and it will play a fireball in the discord chat. I have Syrinscape set up in Kenku, but my options are only play playlist, control playlist or play soundboard.

if its not possible its cool i just need to know before i set up hundreds of buttons for no reason.

I’ve done this in two ways:

  • Open Syrinscape as a tab in Kenku and log in with your username. This is how I did it for quite a while, but I did find it would stutter at times.
  • Use the Syrinscape Online Player with something like VBCable. Set up the Online Player to use one of the virtual audio inputs (Say, for example, CABLE-A Input). Then in Kenku, go to settings and turn on “External Inputs”. Select “CABLE-A Output” as your input (yes, I know, this sounds backwards!), and then select your Kenku output as whatever Discord voice channel.
