Syrinscape Fantasy App stuck on splash screen

I just downloaded the Syrinscape Fantasy App for the first time. I downloaded it on both my desktop and my laptop and encountered the same issue of it not progressing past the initial splash screen. The app never prompted me to log in nor allowed me to do anything else. It’s always stuck on the initial splash screen. Even after several restarts and a complete reinstall. My internet is working fine, and I can access https://syrinscape.com/account/chapters/fantasy/1.2.1/?uuid=f867a075593d5bcadabb6b291441934d2792d3a7&key=&platform=win&force=1&version=0.8364286 in my browser without an issue

I found the log which states:

Suddenly started working on both devices. Didn’t change anything on my end, but let it stay open for several hours on one device and it suddenly worked. Then it worked immediately when testing on the other
