I have a SuperSyrin sub but have lost all access to the official D&D and Pathfinder sound sets? I was just wondering why when my subscription/payment is up to date.

Having a look at your account I see your sub correctly active. You should be able to see all Syrinscape content logged in with the address that you are using here.
Reach out directly to support at syrinscape dot com with deets about what app you are using (Fantasy Player, Foundry extention, Web Player?) and we’ll get you sorted.
In the meantime, turn it off and turn it on again? Log out and in, restart? Check you are logging in with the correct address. That kind of stuff.
