Subscription status changed to Pending - RESOLVED

I sent an email to support, but for some reason my subscription status went to pending after my payments were accepted. I was able to send out links for my campaign and now I am unable to do. I just signed up probably two days ago. I changed my DnD subscription to the full one to play online with friends. Can someone explain what could have happened?
