Subscription not showing up - FIXED

Hey there,

I recently subscribed and downloaded the app to my PC desktop and it works flawlessly showing all the soundsets I have access to. Great!

I’ve just installed the app onto my android tablet (where I’ll likely be using it) and I’ve logged in with the same details but strangely the only sound sets I can choose from are the free ones, everything else prompts me to make a purchase.

I’ve tried to reload the data using the little cog icon but that hasn’t cleared it, I’ve also tried logging out/in.

Any ideas?

The most obvious one that occurs to me straight up is that you’ve signed in with a different account on the tablet?

Looking at our system, there are in fact two accounts registered on with your first and last names.

Ben! I’ve been an idiot, my fault for having so many different email addresses. I logged in to the app using my other frequently used email address and everything appeared as it should. Sorry for wasting your time!
