Speakers for on-the-go Game Masters?

Heya folks, I tried searching for this but didn’t find a whole lot on it, so I figured I’d ask!

I’ve recently jumped on board for Syrinscape and can’t wait to try it out at my table, but I need some assistance from you folks. I’m a traveling GM and cannot play out of my own home, so we all meet at one of the player’s houses.

I was wondering if you gorgeous people have any recommendations for portable speakers. I’m personally interested in something with a solid low end sound, but I understand that at the end of the day it’ll still be a portable speaker. Bonus points if it doesn’t break the bank either. I doubt I’d use this speaker for anything outside of occasional RPG sessions, so spending a ton of money isn’t very appealing to me.

Thanks in advance!

I use a speaker like this one:

https://www.amazon.de/gp/aw/d/B00H72FKZY/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1441315274&sr=8-2&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=Csl+bluetooth+soundsystem&dpPl=1&dpID=51sNxVa-nFL&ref=plSrch

I usually do not use more than 30 % max volume. It is more than loud enough at that, uses a stable surface (like a table) for a surprisingly good bass and can be connected via bluetooth. And it comes at a very good price over here (sorry, don’t know where you’re from). If you look for something similar, I would recommend choosing a speaker with a metal casing. I noticed a great difference to cheaper, plastic ones.

I use this one:

Or if you can afford a bit more this one:

Thanks guys, the feedback is quite helpful
