I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the sci fi player and logged in. My subscription is no longer active, but it was my understanding I would be able to keep a number of sets beyond the default. I have unblessed all my devices, but am no longer being given the option to bless the one I’m using. Can anyone help me, please?
All of your account details are stored to your email address, so as long as you log into the app using the email address you had the sub under then any soundsets that you unlocked ownership of will still be available for you to install and use.
Looking on the server you have quite a few unlocked so they should be showing up when you log in
Well, that’s just the problem. Only the default sets are available for download when I log in with my email.
Which player are you trying to log in with? The majority of your soundsets should be located in the Fantasy player.
Also - how long have you waited after starting and logging into the player? It might take some time to synchronize your credentials and what is tied to your log in.
