I think it would be interesting to have a specific soundset for any kind of shops (magic shop, apothecary, weapon shop, library, blacksmith, general shop,…). Maybe someone already created and share such a soundset based on existing content?

There are already several official Syrinscape Soundsets that cover shops. Try Creepy Shopkeeper, or look in Lost Mines of Phandelver, Waterdeep: Dragonheist.
Typing “Shop” into search should bring up a nice big list of various shops 
There a small collection of fantasy store in “Kobold Press: Tales from the shadows: House of Reciprocities”

There is a Blacksmith set, and Shadows of the Dragon Queen - City of Kalaman has a nice selection of shop moods: Hammerstrike Forges, Meulara’s Oddities (curio shop + books), and Wyhan’s Apothecary (lab sounds).
Rise of the Runlords - Burnt Offerings - Local Heroes: Shopkeeper’s Daughter (general shop).
Magnimar (Big City) has not just a busy marketplace, but also an empty townhouse (could do for a quiet or closed shop) and sawmill machinery (for investigating an industrial area).
Bustling Port Town has a shipyard, which while not a shop is still rather useful.
Tomb of Annihilation - Port of Nyanzaru - Market Ward has several outdoor markets as well as as public bathhouse.
Dungeon of the Mad Mage - Skullport - has a variety of taverns, shops, and other places both busy and less busy.
Outlaws of Alkenstar - Cradle of Quartz - High Priest’s Puzzle - has a workshop ambiance mood, the “asynchronous archive” sounds like a clock shop/library,
Curse of the Crimson Throne - Seven Days to the Grave - Direption and Rats - has a “lavender’s parfumery” mood (which is a rather different kind of shop - a brothel!).
Plus the Creepy Shopkeeper set and the Tales from the Shadows should cover most of what’s needed!
