When I launch the Creator is just keeps “Connecting” to “Connecting Fail Time out” to "auto reconnecting " to “disconnected by host”. It just keeps cycling over and over again.
I did open it once last night, tried to upload a sample and it hasn’t worked since.
Input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
The fact that it opened once and after you tried to upload a sample usually means that somehow the sample was broken and your database is corrupted.
Have you checked this tutorial?
It is not exactly the same error, but given the fact that it worked before you tried to upload something indicates, that something went wrong while uploading/transcoding.
When you use an own sample, make sure to follow the guidelines: WAV file, 44.1kHz sample rate, 16bit, stereo format, NO metadata within the file properties. These are to most common reasons something goes wrong.
What platform are you using, PC or MAC? And are the players running normally or do you have any issues there, too?
You can also get this result by starting the wrong thing.
Make sure you are starting this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Syrinscape SoundSet Creator\Syrinscape SoundSet Creator
NOT This:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Syrinscape SoundSet Creator\player
