Soundset & Campaign won't sync

Hello,
I’m subscribed and got some sound set going in the web player but I can’t find them in the fantasy app.

They’re in my campaign in my account but just won’t appear in the app.

I would love some help as I’m starting my campaign in a couple of hours and would hate to have wasted all that time.

Edit: it appears it is syncing properly with my phone, so session is saved, but I’d love for it to work on my Ipad as well. Thanks!

Sooo… Campaigns should update generally in about a minute max.

Have you tried the old: turn it off and on again… i.e. kill app, restart, sign out, and then sign in again?

Anything worx?!
