So this Halloween, I am going to run a short adventure for my group. I am looking for some help with finding proper Sound Sets for it. And maybe not only for it.
Can you recommend the list of sound sets that give a good feel of a scary mood for Halloween? I will derive some custom set for my adventure from them, but searching through hundreds of them nowadays is sooooo painful.
To be exact (because perhaps this will help faster), I want to put my players to the scary foggy forest in which they are being taken to the plane of death (in Dragonlance this will be River of Souls). So I need a scary forest, add some river and some sounds for distant ghosts, banshees, skeleton bones, and zombies perhaps. They will fight the great ancient made of skeletons and undead bodies, who is a guardian of the river. He uses chains for the attack, so some chain attacks would be also nice.
Ideas? What sound set should I use as the base for my custom setup?
