I am sure this is a common issue. I can hear sounds when I use the downloadable “players” (both fantasy and scifi), but I am getting dead air when trying to use the Online Player. I am trying to integrate my Syrinscape with my Foundry VTT games, but I can’t even hear anything when in the actual Online Player here via the website. The buttons light up, but no sound. I have tried on Chrome and Edge.
Any ideas?
I ran into the same issue. Here is what I did to fix it.
Reboot PC
Launch Syrinscape Online Player
Select Syrinscape Online (Beta)
Select Master Interface / SoundSet Creator
Pick a soundset by Syrinscape and start a mood to play and see you now have sound.
In my case it did not work so I had to pick a different server to make it work for me (see below).
Select an option from the drop down and add more details as necessary.
If you get sound on the online player. Stop it and go over to Foundry VTT. If you have the Syrinscape Control Module added and selected in Foundry VTT it should work for you.

Just checking you are definitely running the Online Player App and have it LINKED to your account… sometimes people think the sound comes out of the Browser based UI.
