They just disappeared. One moment they were there, I scroll away to play with some other sounds, and scroll back up the custom moods tab and they are gone. I am not sure if they were deleted somehow or not saved.
Hi @npalardy89, Syrinscape is built in Unity, which saves the custom moods to your computers cache file. Unfortunately occasionally some users have experienced the same problem that you have and it seems to be linked to programs which clean your registry not recognizing Syrinscape and so deleting the cache files. It’s something we would love to be able to change but currently is beyond what Unity will allow.
Custom moods were really meant for quick and easy creation of moods for your games, the BEST way to make your own soundsets though is with the Syrinscape Soundsets Creator! The creator lets you copy and edit existing soundsets and lets you build compleatly new ones using our sample & music AND and samples that you upload into the creator. Once built you can sync those soundsets to your player and they will appear just like original content ready for you to use at the table. Pretty cool yeah?
The creator is available to anybody with a Supersyrin subscription and can be downloaded from the menu at the top of the main webpage.
Thanks Steve!
At least now that I know what is going on I can work around it. I appreciate the clarification.
Hi!
Did you manage to workaround this? I have the same problem.
Thanks!
