I was looking for something for Feng Shui (Spirit of '77 would also benefit from this) and realised there isn’t a martial arts pack that uses the wooshes, punches or weapon sounds of the Shaw Bros films. Would such a thing be possible?
Get thee hence to the Tavern Brawl set, where there are punches and thwacks and reactions to same in spades. If you’re looking for a wooden weapon strike, go to Ezran - Male Wizard, for the quarterstaff miss, hit, and critical. For bladed weapons, Valeros - Male Fighter has long and short blades, and arrows too, if you like. Merisiel - Female Rogue has rapier and dagger sounds (for shorter, faster blades), while Kyra - Female Cleric, has scimitar sounds (for fancier-sounding bladework).
Merisiel - Female Rogue, also has sneaking, grappling hook, climbing, rope-swinging, disappearing, and tip-toeing, if there are any ninja-like activities going on.
