Sci-Fi player seems to have difficulty downloading sounds

Just downloaded the Sci-Fi player and it seems that when downloading sounds it goes through bursts of download speed. Will download quick, then drop to 0, then go quick again, drop back to 0, show 100% complete, then drop to 98% and get stuck at 0 download speed for a bit before finally finishing.

Any idea what is causing this?

Yes, I’m seeing that too this morning… it’s a bit mysterious.

The dev team in Syrinscape is waking up in 2 hours so I will be applying hot irons to their toes then.

In the meantime, i guess just be patient with it, since it seems to be getting there in the end. :slight_smile:
