I’m trying to set up a stream deck with syrinscape web player, and I can’t for the life of me see where the hamburger menu and ‘show remote links’ options are.
Hey, are you looking at the desktop player or the online browser player? If its the browser you should see at the top of the screen Syrinscape logo, the stop button followed by 2 volume bars, all on the left. Then on the right you should see 3 lines stacked ( the hamburger) then your login name and photo, below that should be the properties library and sample buttons.
Weirdness! See mine here. Perhaps you have some kind of extension that has identified that bit of the UI as something it should be blocking?
Try in a different login or different browser?
Hunt under the kitchen table?!

Decided to test this because I’ve been trying to solve something similar for a long time…
Seems to be a responsive design issue.
The hamburger disappears for me in Firefox (and Safari, which is unsupported, but behaves the same) at various window widths. As I drag the side of the window in and out, it disappears, then reappears. It’s there when it’s small, there when it’s wide, but there is a significant range in the middle where it doesn’t render.
For your dev folks, seems to disappear at window.innerWidth between 1280 - 1440.
(Those are very familiar display resolutions! Can’t be a coincidence…)
