Refunds for Store-Purchased Soundsets

Hi there. This has already probably been asked but I was unable to find a solution. I have just bought several soundscapes for Syrinscape as one-time purchases via the store, under the impression (which is absolutely my responsibility and fault) that you could download these as MP3s. Obviously this is not something we can do.

Is there any way to start a refund process via the website or do I need to reach out to the support team directly? :slight_smile: hankyou in advance!!

Yes always reach out to us at support rather than here on the forum when you are looking for a fast reply or anything to do with your account :grin:
