One of my players gifted me a two-month voucher. But I can’t access it because I already have a recurring sub.
Is there anyway to remedy this?
If I cancel my sub, am I able to redeem the voucher? Then once the voucher is over, restart my sub - all without losing my saved soundsets?
I’ve just responded directly to your email, but yes, that’s all correct. Everything on your account is linked to your email address, so as long as that stays the same then all of your content is safe
