I still cannot renew my subscription.
We’ve had several people renew today and nobody else has reported any problems to us. Have you tried using a different browser, just in case that’s the issue.
Also have you tried going to the store page and buying a new subscription that way? As long as you are still logged into the same account, that will allow you to renew. Drop us an email at support if none of the above work, using the email address your account is registered under and we can take a closer look for you.
