Online Player not working after Windows 11 upgrade

After upgrading to Windows 11, I’ve noticed that the online player has stopped working. It’s asking me to link the account, so I click the “Link Device” button, submit the information, and then… nothing. The screen doesn’t acknowledge that in any way, it just sits there saying “This device is not linked to any account”. If I close and re-open the program, it just sits there displaying the background, like so:

I’ve put the log file here, which doesn’t show any unusual activity.

I’m using the latest version of the Online Player, which is 1.4.13-p0, which claims it’s compatible with Windows 7 and up.

The Sci-Fi player works just fine, though, which should be fine for my purposes.

Looks a lot like the issue we have been investigating recently, a workaround is in place while we determine the root cause… I say try again and let us know the result? :slight_smile:

Yep, it’s connected successfully now so I think it’s all good.
