Online Player not scaling on 4k display - FIXED

Opening the Online Player on a Dell XPS 15 9550.
The popup window is not scaling as other apps do and is too small to read, much less use. I am unable to drag the window off the 4k display so I have to use the Windows context menu (right-click) ‘Move’ and arrow keys to move the player to an attached external monitor. And still the app does not resize as other apps/windows do.

Issue resolved by logging out of Win10 and then back in. The window was properly scaled.
