Been trying all morning to add a new element to one of my sound sets. Clicking on the “+” sign next to “Element” as usual, but nothing happens. New element template is not created and I am therefore unable to perform an upload. Have logged out several times to no avail.

Thanks for the report, I think I just squashed this 
with my war hammer, let me know if it persists (there is every possibility I rolled low and missed it)!
I was able to load an element a few minutes ago. Thanks for fixing this.
