Anti-Virus software companies use a ‘White-List’ to identify safe programs. Whenever Syrinscape is updated there is a chance that these programs might not recognize us until their white-list is updated. Sometimes this can lead to these programs quarantining Syrinscape’s install files. See here for details on how to retrieve your install file from quarantine.
