No sounds sets download

Hi

I’m trying to download Sound sets on Android, so far 30 mins have passed and no downloads just says it’s in a que but never downloads.

Clearly I’m not alone with this as your rating on Google play is tanking and all for this reason. Why is this app so buggy?

That’s frustrating.

If you:

  1. force kill the app. Swip it away so it’s not actually running at all
  2. consider even restarting the phone
  3. start up again

Do you downloads work now?

Depending on the power of your device, downloading no more than 3 SoundSets simultaneously might also help. :game_die: :hammer:

I must admit the older Offline Players are definitely due a little more attention. We have been working VERY hard on our big new in browser Web Player, which was launched at Gen Con this year AND has recieved a lot of attention in its early release phase.

We WILL circle back round to giving the Fantasy Player another round of attention ASAP.
