can somebody tell me why the Globl One Shot Sounds for a mood are visible on the PC but not visible in the app ?

Sorry about the slow response here (btw if you need a quick response in the future the support email is best)… but then HERE is a good place to connect with others etc.
Anyway…
Can you send a couple of screenshots or something, I’m not sure I understand what specifically you are asking.
Note: there is a setting in app.syrinscape.com that HIDES the Global OneShots… so maybe you clicked that?
Send those screenshots and I should be able to help better.
