New D&D subscription doesn’t allow access to soundsets - Resolved

I purchased a subscription a couple hours ago via PayPal, linked to a debit card. The payment was processed as far as I can tell, but I’m not able to install the premium soundsets. The side menu items are grayed out, and clicking them gives me a link to purchase on the website (the website then shows the text that claims that I already have access).

I’ve tried all sorts of resetting, rebooting, and reinstalling, and the problem is present on both the MacOS and iOS Fantasy applications.

My account details all seem to indicate that the subscription is active. Is there anything else I could try?

EDIT: Of course the minute I posted this, the content became active. I guess I should have been a bit more patient :smile:
