Is there anything apelike anywhere? I have a manor being patrolled by dire apes.
I can find lots of monkey screeches but none of that distinctive low apelike grunting, let alone “Dire Ape battle” which is inevitable.
Try Kaiju Island in the Sci-Fi player! It’s got some deeper ape sounds and one-shots.

Another interesting sound could be the Red Reaver battle from the “History of ashes” soundsets for Curse if the Crimson Throne.
