When I look at the spell-effect sounds associated with the Pathfinder characters (Kyra & Ezren), I noticed that the list is actually really small compared to the number of possible spells for those classes. Is there a larger group of spell-effect sounds somewhere? If not, are there plans to create a more comprehensive set of spell-effect sounds?

Have you checked out the Board Game Player’s - Spellcaster Sorcerer and Spellcaster Sorceress? Those bring some more options to the table. They aren’t one-for-one analogues for the Pathfinder spells, being as they’re for another game, but they work for a lot of different spells.
