Master Interface not working?

Maybe I misunderstand, but does the master interface allow streaming of the music? Or, is it just that, a new interface for all the music I have?

If it’s the first, I can’t hear anything, though when I log into youtube or something my sound still work.

you still need the online player open to listen to music played from the master interface. Your players only need the online player, you need both if you also want to hear the music you are playing.
