Lost SuperSyrin Subscriber

I keep trying to add sound to my games and backoff due to having too much to do preparing for games and the time needed to do the audio justice. (This is where my experience as an audio engineer, a theatre sound designer, and perfectionist all clashes.) I’m once again making another attempt, and this time I upgraded my subscription to SuperSyrin Subscriber for the Syrinscape Online for my players while we use Roll20. Now that I’m in the deep end, I need help.

I’m trying to figure out where to start. I went to Your Campaign, but that is only to add the Soundset, not hear them, which is no help. You have hundreds if not thousands of Soundsets, and I really don’t have time to go through all of them, even though I would love to.

I went to https://www.syrinscape.com/online/master, and I have no idea what I’m supposed to do there. I watched the How to create a rhythmic loop in Syrinscape. I got excited because I understood all that he said about mixing and the continuous loop without hearing it looped. It took me back to when I first learned to do audio in the days of reel-to-reel and eventually to digital. (I had so much fun doing that.) Watching the video looked like I needed Cubase, but that’s not a Syrinscape app, and my work hours just got downsized, so I can’t afford it. (Looking for a slightly rusty audio engineer?)

I’m looking through the forums trying to figure out where to start, and I’m a bit overwhelmed. There is SO much information there and nothing that really says, “Start Here.”

I have the knowledge and experience to make my own Soundsets which I have the impression I can do as a SuperSyrin Subscriber; I’m just not sure how to get started. Where do I go to get the individual audio files? What do I use to mix them before getting them into Syrinscape to use for my gaming group? Please, point me to where I can start. If I overlooked it I apologize, there’s just a lot of information in the forum that can be overwhelming.

Thank you.
