I can log in on the pc app, i can reset my password, but no matter how many gosh darn ( I want to rage so bad rn) times i triple check and reset my password the f’kn mobile app wont take it. What gives?
Nvm, i redid it on mobile, somehow if you reset your password on pc and log in on mobile it doesnt work, but this leads me to another issue, I just paid the “all fantasy” sub and the player is not seeing it on mobile and asking me to pay for each soundset still. Lil help?
- Make sure you hit DONE or NEXT after each bit of entry to make sure it actually goes into Syrinscape
- Don’t use autofill to fill either field. Type everything in by hand. auto fill can leave an extra space
Both the website and mobile app use the same verification system so if a password will work on one it will work on the other
