Well the sound that would be great for my campaign is Jungles sound, with Dinosaurs sounds as well, and as jungle I mean, ape and bird calls, as well as big cats and so on. this would work great from Mwangi adventures in Pathfinder, not sure if anything is in the works for that but would be a great idea in my opinion.
Hey, so I had a similar conundrum. I’m running Beyond the Rim for Star Wars: Edge of the Empire tomorrow and part of it takes place on a jungle planet, eventually next to a waterfall and river.
So, I bugged Ben about it and here’s what we scratched together. I like how it sounds, but of course you could modify to suit your tastes.

The Fountain Room has some good water sounds, but I didn’t want to add another sound set to the mix
Elven Vale Day
- Peaceful Stream (~45% - ~100%)
Mountain Pass
- Waterfall (~20% - ~100%)
Rain
Mix and match these to get the effect you want. Really, there wouldn’t be much else going on during the rain. Most animals hide out and wait for the storm to pass, unless the canopy is unusually thick:

Elven Vale Night

Great thanks for that, I’ll have to set it up in my custom moods.
I know a few of us have mentioned making some custom biodomes when the creator comes out so this will be a great start! Will be really handy to have a few different planet and environments in the catalog.
Great Stuff guys! I am looking at running the ole Isle of Dread setting soon for one of my online campaigns, this is so helpful!
Coming to this almost a year later, but thanks a ton for posting this! Running the Smuggler’s Shiv adventure for my group, and this works perfectly for the tropical island setting!
There’s now a jungle (tropical) soundset that should suit you perfectly!
Holy mess! When did that come out? I’ve actually been using this set up for the last, I don’t know, two months or so. Just forgot to thank the author for posting it. At the time there wasn’t one.
Also, I found the 2015 release schedule, but has one been posted for 2016 yet? I love the product, and would enjoy staying caught up.
It came out this week along with a creepy shopkeeper, two underwater sets a modern weapons set and a mass combat battle set. There was some new sci-fi sets as well but I cant remember off the top of my head what they were! lol
New releases have been a bit quite this year, I think all energy was going into the creator but this last week Ben’s treated us to lots of new material and I get the feeling that there’s plenty more on its way!
I’ve not seen one myself to be honest so I don’t think there has. I follow Syrinscape on Twitter and Facebook and find that’s currently the best way to keep up to date. I’m hoping that once the creator is out there will also be more of ‘The Syrin’ YouTube vids to keep us up to date
I signed up for the supersyrin account earlier today (I was already subbed for the Fantasy sets) just so I could play around with the creator. I’ve already got some ideas.
Cool look forward to hearing them
what is the name of the jungle set?
It’s called ‘Jungle (Tropical)’ but it is only visible to people with a Supersyrin sub as its community content
