ISSUE RESOLVED - Is the server down?

Keep getting a 502 error on Web Player, so can’t use it.

Looks like the server was a bit hammered for about 15 minutes at about the time you posted.

Seems to be working now.

Yes it is, though it messed up my pre-prepared tab groups.

I moved away from Fantasy Player because you told me to because the online one would be better and more stable…

Once again, thanks for your report. We have spent some time investigating this. It seems our SoundSet list has grown to a point where our servers were struggling to send all the data to the Master Interface. We have taken some steps that should make the SoundSet list load more reliably now. AND, even if the list fails to load on the first try, the server will have made some progress that should make future requests more likely to succeed.

We have also identified a naughty SoundSet (crazy enormous) that was clogging up the queue for making offline snapshots, and we sent it to the naughty corner so we should be working through that backlog now too.

Will continue to investigate and monitor in the coming days, but let us know straight away if and when things are working better for you.

Thanks- yes that should do- have had some issues searching for a while so that’s probably part of the issue solved there too.

Any particular large SoundSet? Just in case it is one I was using!

I’ve been having the same problem since Sunday evening. Getting the same error (502 - The origin web server returned an invalid or incomplete response to Cloudflare. This typically indicates the origin is overloaded or misconfigured.) every time I try to use soundsets :frowning:
