My soundsets simply will not load online after awhile a bar up top just says 0
The same thing keeps happening to me. It’s the second time this week. The first time I closed down my browser, tried again, closed down again, waited a while, and then on the third try it finally worked again.

Once again, thanks for your reports. We have spent some time investigating this. It seems our SoundSet list has grown to a point where our servers were struggling to send all the data to the Master Interface. We have taken some steps that should make the SoundSet list load more reliably now. AND, even if the list fails to load on the first try, the server will have made some progress that should make future requests more likely to succeed.
We have also identified a naughty SoundSet (crazy enormous) that was clogging up the queue for making offline snapshots, and we sent it to the naughty corner so we should be working through that backlog now too.
Will continue to investigate and monitor in the coming days, but let us know straight away if and when things are working better for you.

The issue is still persisting for me. I haven’t been able to load my list of soundsets since Sunday.
Edit: I took a break after about 10 reloads and went back to it 5 mins later and they loaded. Fingers crossed that it stays that way 
Still not working for me. I am running a session in a few hours. I think this outage does effect many people in a very bad way as music and SFX is one of the most important things of imersion.
Same. No worky for several days now. I just get the pink bar “0 -”
Yes, not working for me either.
We are working HARD on this… and signs point to us having a fix within the next 12 hours.
In the meantime, work arounds include:
- gently reload not too frequenty
- grab the Fantasy Player and use that for a while.

And definitely keep the reports coming in! You never know which tiny bit of info might be a BIG help. Even stuff like the SORTS of accounts that are experiencing this is useful (i.e. accounts who own LOTS of content AND have lots of private content too).

Performance seems to have been restored!

In fact, we actually ended up optimising a bunch of things that were sub-optimal, before finally finding the actual regression that was causing the bulk of the problem… so Web Player UI load up might plausibly be a chunk faster and smoother than it ever has been.
Either way, give it a bash and let us know if you are experiencing anything weird, broken or janky!
