I’m preparing a game in which there will be an iconic clash of the clans moment. Is there a sound set that contains like horses winneying and/or clomping of their thundering hooves. Essentially a chaotic cluster of combat with mounted warriors.
There’s a GREAT stampede sequence in one of the SoX sets…
And some horse winnying in the storm (but not set at a frequency that you’d probably want) = someone want to mock this up in the Creator?!?!?

Battle of Wolven pass already has the mass combat and a few horse noises, I can certainly add in a few more and make a bit more of a horsy mood for it

Awesome!!! I think “abschnauben” sounds entirely more cool than snort.
I hear snort and I think of a pig, not a majestic horse carrying a cavalier to war.

My good friend and fellow gamer in our group is married to a woman who owns and loves horses and loves riding. She has now added “abschnauben” to her vernacular! I had asked her previously to making my inquiry here, if there was a word that she was aware of that which I was describing and was unaware of one, so I stuck with “exhale and their lips flap head shaking thing”
I love this community, and a big part of that is you, Ben. You foster this sort of witty and silly humor. Keep up the good work and I look forward to hearing any soundset of mounted warriors.
