I purchased the fantasy subscription on Sunday 21 May, and the payment has been made to PayPal, but I don’t have access to the sound sets in my app or on my laptop, is there a processing time? I’m planning to use this on Saturday, and would like to be able to plan the sounds for the adventure beforehand.

He sent me an email, I replied with a copy of my PayPal page, but I haven’t heard or seen anything since.
OK. Phew.
Suffice to say, we are working on fixing this.
Just give us 24 hours and we should have it sorted.
Then we can set you up properly and refund any amounts needed.
in the meantime, I’ll contact you on e-mail and set you up with temporary access for the res of the week.
