I just subscribed. Whenever i attempt to login it just keeps telling me to “enter my syrinscape.com e-mail and password” 
I’m using the app for ipad.
What can I do?
Hi @pjuske84, You need to enter the same email address and password that you used on the Syrinscape Store when you subscribed, otherwise the app has no idea that you have subscribed.

The most common reason passwords don’t work is because the user is typing them in wrong. So definitely check that (Especially for leading or trailing spaces in the email address etc). Also make sure your password only contains ASCI characters, Syrinscape does not like accented letters or symbols unfortunately
But there are a few of other things you can check:
- Is your password particularly long or weird? Then make it simpler
- Don’t use autofill to fill either field. Type everything in
- Make sure you hit DONE or NEXT after each bit of entry to make sure it actually goes into Syrinscape (though that is usually an iPad prob).
- Stomp on the Gobins…!!!
