I can't hear anything my DM is doing

I have tried logging off and on and my DM has restarted the sounds on his end, but I still can’t hear a thing in game. I can hear things just fine when I open up the Syrinscape fantasy player and try to sample things, but nothing that he’s doing is coming through.

Heya Lauren,

Are you:

  1. Running the Online Player
  2. Have you followed his game with your account, does it say his name on your Online Player UI. On your control panel does it say you are following HIS game?
  3. Do you see the art change on your Online Player UI when he plays content from a new SoundSet?
